Speak Up! Mental Health in the Latino community

La comunidad hispana está invitada a un evento especial donde se normaliza hablar sobre la salud mental sin vergüenza ni barreras.

¡Exprésate! es una feria gratuita con comida deliciosa, actividades para toda la familia, y recursos en español para apoyar el bienestar emocional, físico y espiritual de nuestra gente.

Con invitada especial:
Yeraldine Cera, una mujer hispana con años de experiencia vivida, compartirá su poderoso testimonio sobre la importancia de romper el silencio, enfrentar los estigmas, y levantar la voz para sanar.

¿Qué puedes esperar?

  • Talleres y paneles en español sobre salud mental, trauma, crianza, y bienestar familiar
  • Actividades para niños y familias (arte, juegos, recursos escolares)

You are invited to a special event where we break the silence and normalize conversations about mental health in the hispanic community. Speak Up! is a free, family-friendly resource fair with delicious food, activities for all ages, and Spanish-language support for emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.

Featuring Special Guest:
Yeraldine Cera, who brings years of lived experience, will share her powerful story about the importance of speaking up, overcoming stigma, and finding healing through voice and community.

Mental health can be hard to talk about—especially in the face of machismo, shame, and silence. This event offers a safe, welcoming space to learn, reflect, and build strength together as a community.

“Say It Loud” is a bold, healing-centered mental health dinner experience created for and by the Black community.

This is not a crafts event—this is a mental wellness session for adults, rooted in cultural reflection, emotional honesty, and creative healing.

Healing Rocks is a powerful series of art-based wellness sessions that invite adults to explore mental health and identity through the guided process of rock painting.

Each session is designed for a specific cultural community, honoring heritage, resilience, and collective healing through art, reflection, and conversation.
